Cancellations Before 24 Hours

If you need to cancel your excursion, you can do so without any additional charge as long as the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled activity time. In these cases, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours

If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the activity, or if you do not show up for the excursion, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund. This is due to the operational costs and logistics involved in organizing our activities.

Modifications to Your Reservation

If you wish to change the date of your excursion, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will do our best to reschedule your activity based on availability.

Cancellations Due to Weather Conditions

In the event that weather conditions are unsafe or Punta Cana Best Experience needs to cancel an excursion for reasons beyond our control, we will offer you either a reschedule or a full refund, depending on your preference.
